Having Charging Stations as Electric Vehicles Need Them

Have you ever thought of what should be the situation of those building which has less charging points to charge for electric vehicles? Most urban dwellers in our country live in multi storied apartments. This is a hindrance to lots of people, who would like to own an electric vehicle. 

Following question comes in mind when introducing electric cars' concept by2025 is announced by Government of India:

1. Most apartments in India have small dingy rooms which house electric meters for each unit.  The idea is to connect the socket near the parking lot to the meter room.
2. How far is your parking slot from the meter room?
3. Would you use insulated wall mounted wires?
4. What if the meter room is in a level below or above your parking slot? How big a problem would that be?
5. What if you have an uncovered parking slot?
6. How about running an extension cord out your window. Would that be simple?
7. Will the 'societies' or 'apartment management' object? Will you have to take permission?  

Thus, apartments or buildings should be made accordingly by keeping in view about the charging points of electric vehicles.
